Sarah Dimashkieh
Director of Clinical Operations


Sarah Dimashkieh is a thoughtful, supportive nutritional advisor known for her sound advice and innovative ideas that inspire and motivate clients and communities. Drawing on a diverse career in the nutritional and health fields for over 12 years, Sarah has a wide range of health, weight management, medical and sport nutritional knowledge and experience. Sarah earned her bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and her master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the American University of Beirut (AUB). She has also earned her MBA from Kuwait Maastricht Business School in 2014. She is HACCP and ACSM certified, and is a member of both the Lebanese Dietetics Association and the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Sarah’s nutrition philosophy focuses on self-empowerment and setting realistic goals for healthy eating. She presents nutritional information in an easy, understandable manner. Sarah has also conducted a number of research projects where she has published some of her work in renowned and credible medical journals. Sarah continues to lecture across Kuwaiti and Lebanese schools and organizations on various nutritional topics.


Farah Al Rifai
Dietetics Manager


Farah Al Rifai is the Dietetics Manager at Diet Care and is ISAA certified in sports nutrition. She has worked with Diet Care for over 5 years, where she continuously assists in its clinical department with an active track-record in corporate social responsibility and educating various communities across Kuwait with health and nutritional knowledge.

Farah earned her BS in Nutrition from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Before joining Diet Care, Farah did her internship and residency in a reputable university hospital in Beirut and worked afterwards in a reputable private clinic.


Ahmad Alfailakawi
Clinic Manager, Bairaq Branch


Ahmad Alfailakawi is the Clinic Manager for Diet Care's Bairaq Branch. Ahmad specializes in weight loss management and sports nutrition. At Diet Care Ahmad is helping spread health and nutritional awareness among Kuwait's communities by encouraging lifestyle modifications and setting goals and targets for a healthier life.

Ahmad graduated from University of Leeds in 2009 with MSc in Food Science and Nutrition and is currently a member of the Kuwait Nutrition Union management.


Sara Bizri
Senior Clinical and Community Dietitian


Sara Bizri is a Senior Clinical and Community Dietitian at Diet Care and is HACCP-certified. At Diet Care, Sara is responsible of the nutritional assessments of her clients, prepares weekly reports and also hosts monthly presentations on different nutritional topics. She was an integral part of Diet Care's “Get Healthy Kuwait” campaign which helped spread health awareness and proper dietary habits for people in Kuwait. 

Prior to joining Diet Care, Sara worked at a governmental hospital where she handled the dietary requirements for a number of patients and employees. She also attended FENS nutrition conference in Madrid in October 2011. Sara graduated from Lebanese International University in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics


Moza Hamad Al-Ghareer
Senior Clinical and Community Dietitian


Moza Hamad Al-Ghareer is a Clinical and Community Dietitian at Diet Care. She currently plans diets for her clients and participates in many of the company’s events. She also helps her clients achieve their health goals through healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

Moza graduated from Kuwait College for Women in 2010 and holds a BS in Nutrition. She has done a number of courses related to human nutrition, food safety, therapeutic nutrition and nutrition-related diseases.


Rasha Barkoni
Clinical and Community Dietitian


Rasha Barkoni is a Clinical and Community Dietitian at Diet Care. She currently educates and consults a wide range of clients on diet-related disorders and adopting healthier eating habits. She is passionate about helping and motivating others to manage their weight in a healthy way.

Rasha’s involvement with her clients is not limited to scheduled office appointments and has actively engaged in writing nutritional tips through presentations, news articles, newsletters, social media and other relevant platforms. Rasha has close to five years’ experience in the nutritional field in Canada and Kuwait. She graduated from University of British Columbia and holds a BS in Nutritional Sciences.


Zain Al Abdeen Qasem
Clinical and Community Dietitian


Zain Al Abdeen Qasem is a Clinical and Community Dietitian at Diet Care. At Diet Care Zain helps all those seeking nutritional advice achieve their goals as he is a specialist in emotional eaters. He is HACCP certified from the UK and was a clinical dietitian volunteer at the Jordan University Hospital and was involved with several community nutritional activities and services to raise awareness in the field.

Zain holds a Bachelors of Nutrition and Food Technology from the Jordan University of Science and technology.


Zaina Osama Al-Khatib
Clinical and Community Dietitian


Zaina Osama Al Khatib is a Clinical and Community Dietitian at Diet Care. She works daily with clients and educates them about the benefits of nutrition and adoption of a healthy lifestyle. She also assess clients nutrition needs and designs personalized meal plans, helping clients establish realistic short-term and long-term goals.

Zaina graduated from the Jordanian University in 2007 and holds a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Food Technology.
